Is the Paper-like protective film you can buy meant to be applied straight away when you receive the 24 pro, or is it meant to replace the protector that is already on it?

What is the footprint of the Artist 24 Pro (front to back) including the stand - at, for example, 20/30/45/60 degrees? Trying to work out if I have enough space on my desk for it.
Also, where does it ship from? Are there any additional fees (customs) to ship to the UK, or are these shipped within the UK?

Will this Tablet run as a normal monitor without installing any drivers? Looking to use it as a second monitor in the day on a work pc where I can't install anything as I don't have admin rights. Also assuming it won't have any issues with a hdmi splitter?
