I bought my other tablet years ago before the cable would act up every time I moved. it would turn the tablet on and off repeatedly. So I'm glad that getting a new cable wouldn't be too expensive and it fixed the problem right away.

Hi, do I still need to use the red USB to plug into power supply if the display is already powered by my laptop? Can I just use the black USB and ignore the red one?

Please deliver as soon as possible - I'm currently working on a final project which revolves around animation, however my tablet stopped working around this time and I believe it's to do with the USB cables. My computer keeps notifying me that it doesn't recognize the USB device and when it does, only either the pen or the screen works - it's never simultaneously.

Please deliver Asap as I need my device working for business purposes.
This is a first tablet purchase and I am concerned already with the quality of your products as the HDMI part of the cable that Came with my 15.6 Pro stopped working within a matter of months.
The Pen still works and sensitivity, however I can't get the screen to turn on.
