Does not fit the Innovator 16
I was told to purchase this screen protector for my Innovator 16. I waited 2 weeks for the item to arrive, stupidly ripped off my old screen protector before checking the size, then found the new one is too small by about an inch in either dimension.
I contacted the company straight away, was given the run-around for a week by some jobs-worth who couldn't work out what I wanted from the statement "I would like a refund on order xxx which is not fit for purpose"
Eventually I was forwarded on to sales (I did actually email them originally, but was replied to first by tech support), who after saying they'll check the sizes, haven't got back to me for another week as they're all on holiday...
If I might add some advice for XP-Pen: Add dimensions to all your screen protectors so customers can see if the protector will fit.
My advice for customers: Don't trust tech support to direct you to a screen protector that will fit your tablet, and double check the measurements.

Hi, I'd like to know if this also fits the Artist 15.6. And I'd also like to know what material is the film made out of? Would you happen to know the hardness of the screen protector as I do not wish for it to be like the original film that is on the tablets when you first buy them since they get scratched rather quickly.
