Hi, I have a similar problem to another person. My fifth number from the bottom of the serial number is 6. Which cable should I get?

6? I haven't seen it before. Could you please send a photo of your bottom number to us?

The fifth number from the bottom of the serial number means:

--> 3, then you should purchase Cable A

--> 7, you should purchase cable B

--> R, please email us at shopuk@xp-pen.com, we will check it for you.

Hi there will this cable work on my xp pen artist 12 as the metal connector shown on this image for connecting to the tablet differs from mine as my connector is positioned at the side on my cable is this a new design for the cable for the artist 12
