I am looking at buying a graphic pad to use with my embroidery design software (PE Design 11) do you know if this graphics pad will work with the software? and if I buy one and fine it doesn't work can I return it even after opening?

the curve part of the deco pro has air bubbles appearing, does this need servicing to replace?

Have just purchased Deco Pro from Amazon and finding it near impossible to use after 30 years of PS with a mouse. Do you have a beginner's guide video please ? I can't even draw a line without the pen turning into an eraser by itself :/

Hi Guys, I'd like to know if you have availability from UK to Ireland for Deco Pro medium. I saw a comment about extra charges for customs. I'd like to know the total price, including any extra cost. Hi, the dial can help you to choose the brush, zoom in/out the canvas , rolling the canvas, etc. You can set it up on the driver.

I have purchased this item on UK official website for EUR 150 but when this item arrived into Ireland I have been charged EUR 50 extra from customs that is actually 1/3 of price as this item was shipped from Honk Kong. This is IMHO hidden charge as there is no mention about these extra expenses or tax calculator make clear how much this item will cost. For now, I'm waiting for a response from the UK office.

XP-PEN(UK) has warehouses in UK, EU and China.
Usually, we arrange shipment within the UK/EU. However, some products will have to be shipped from outside UK/EU if they are out of stock.
There are no additional fees if your delivery address is within the UK. If there's any special case, feel free to contact us.

I have purchased my XP-PEN Deco Pro small from Amazon. Do you need its serial No.to register. Also apart from the PDF manual is there any more helpful guidance ie Video with reference to Express Key Settings.

Hi, you don't actually need the serial number unless you need to identify its originality. Also, to set up the express keys, you can check carefully on the manual. If you have problem with that, please let us know your computer and the drawing software you're going to use. Thank you.

Before connecting the XP-Pen tablet to your Android phone or tablet, please make sure your Android phone or tablet supports OTG and Android 6.0.



1. With the tablet connected to your Android phone or tablet, please make sure it works in vertical screen mode.

If there is any problem with your Android device connecting to the XP-Pen product (such as the stylus and cursor appearing in different locations), please contact us to help solve your problem.



2. Not all Android devices can support the XP-Pen tablet. We are currently of the following Android Phones/Tablets that cannot work properly with our tablets:
