I recently purchased the XP-PEN Artist15.6 Pro Pen Display - and i received only the screen protector this morning


Any update on receiving the tablet and pen would be appreciated as the tracking information i received is for only the screen protector

Hi I brought the artist 15.6 pro and set it up like the manual said to but then when it came to turning it on it said “no signal.” Is there’s any information u can give me that would help? I’m not sure if it’s the tablet or me setting it up wrong.

Hi. Why are your Amazon prices completely different from the prices on this site. The XP-Pen Artist15.6 Pro is listed as £399 reduced from RRP £600. I want to buy from Amazon as I have some vouchers but on this site it's only £319 reduced from RRP £399. Will this change? Do any of tablets work in 'Tablet Mode' i.e with the screen off as a normal tablet.

Hi. I want to buy the Artist 15.6 Pro through your UK Amazon page as I have some credit but the price is listed as £399 reduced from £600. Why is this different from your main site price and will it be reduced to £319. Could you also let me know if the device has a tablet mode the turns off the screen. Many thanks Damien
