UK: No tax.

Out of UK(such as Ireland, Germany...): Should pay for the tax.

How to do on this situation?

Purchase the EU version and we will arrange the product from our EU warehouse so that no tax causing to you. If EU warehouse face out of stock, we can have a discussion on this case.

Hi, I just bought the product(XP-Pen Artist 22E Pro), installed the drivers and plugged the cables but the tablet screen says ‘no signal’. What should I do? Does it work with macOS Big Sur 11.0.1?

I've had my xp pen about 4 months and have already had to replace the cdmi cable, the cable casing cracked as it got so hot. I stopped using and ordered another, second day of use and the cable end is very hot where it connects into the screen ? is this normal ?

the driver and tablet itself works perfectly, but it just randomly disconnects from my computer without me touching the cable and when it reconnects, it says the device malfunctioned and it doesnt recognise the tablet anymore. this happens after about 10-30 minutes of use and then no matter how much i disconnect and reconnect the usb cable, my pc just refuses to recognise the tablet and it becomes useless. this is especially frustrating when im in the middle of drawing. Ive checked my usb ports so its not a pc hardware issue, and the tablet itself does work when the cable does decide to connect once in a millenia, so i dont know what the issue is. I have uninstalled all other tablet drivers on my pc, i have the most up to date driver installed, I'm at a loss as to what to do.

Have purchased this for my daughter, and we are struggling to get the laptop to recognise the tablet. Have downloaded the driver several times and it comes up with the Warning "cant detect the tablet, please plug it in and try again" Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
I have access to a monitor that I can use for when I am installing this tablet onto my new windows 10 computer. But afterwards I would like to permanently remove my other monitor and use this as the sole monitor for the system. Would this create any issues for normal day to day use, with the mouse, for example?

Would you recommend that I have a second monitor for my computer? Or would this display be suitable for both general use as well as digital art?
