I am insulted and I need a quick response, my Artist 13 gen 2 tablet was working correctly while I was drawing and out of nowhere it stopped working, I already sent an email but no one has answered me yet, I need a response, I only used it for a few hours and already the computer does not detect the tablet, the program does not detect the tablet, I have already tried everything, uninstall, reinstall, rearrange the cables in every way and nothing. It is the first purchase I have made with money that I earned myself and now it suddenly stops working, the screen does appear but the pen is not detected. Please give a sensible answer, I like the product, but I was disappointed by its rapid disfunction. I only used it for a few hours.

hi is the xp pen version 2 better than the xpen pro 13.3

Hi before i purchase your product, can you tell me if the artist 13 2nd gen is suitable for a beginner, also can i use this while im outside, & can i connect to my pixel 6 phone, thanks alan
